Par and Yardage – The Links at Grand Victoria plays 6,681 yards and is rated 72.4/128 from the back (Black) tees for the championship division. For the senior championship the course will play to 6,128 yards and is rated 70.6/123 from the senior (White) tees. The course plays to a par of 71 (34-37).

Architect – The Links at Grand Victoria was designed by Tim Liddy and opened in 2000.

Course – The Links at Grand Victoria Casino is Southern Indiana's only true Scottish links-style golf course, featuring gently rolling bent grass fairways and greens nestled among traditional long waste bunkers, winding lakes and heather rough. Many holes boast panoramic views of the Ohio River Valley. 

2006 Champion – Dave Macke earned his third consecutive Two-Man Scratch Championship title when he again paired with Jim Volpenein last year, who earned his second Two-Man Scratch title. Both players call Traditions Golf Club their home course. In the senior division, Tom Elfers and David Wolff claimed victory after a three-hole playoff.

Pairings and Starting Times – Pairings and starting times are available on the GCGA web site, www.gcga.org. Monday’s tee times begin at 12:10 p.m. off of #1 and #10 tees. Groups will be repaired for Tuesday’s round based on Monday’s scores. Tuesday’s tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. Tee times for Tuesday will also be available on the GCGA website after the completion of play Monday.

History – This is the 4th annual Metropolitan Two-Man Scratch Championship and this will be The Links at Grand Victoria’s first time hosting the championship. This is also the second year that the GCGA has added a senior championship to the tournament. Teams where both players are 55 years or older by the first day of the event are eligible for the senior championship.

Schedule of Play – Teams of two will play 18 holes in a scramble format on Monday. Tuesday the teams will play 18 holes in a better ball format. This is a scratch event.

Who Can Enter – The championship is a two-man team event. It is open to any male golfer who must be a member of the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association and have an established USGA handicap index. This is a scratch event with no handicap index limitation
